Abstract

We thank Dr. Elmrayed and colleagues for highlighting clinical cautions in using broad-spectrum micronutrients to treat attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children, in particular manganese (Mn) levels. We appreciate the opportunity to provide additional information and rationale for the vitamin and mineral doses contained in the studied formula.
