BACKGROUND
Spinal metastases are a very common problem which dramatically affects the quality of life of cancer patients. The objective of this review is to address the issue of how minimally invasive surgery can play an important role in treating this pathology.
METHODS
A literature review was performed, searching in the Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus and Cochrane databases. Relevant and quality papers published within the last 10 years were included in the review.
RESULTS
After screening the 2184 initially identified registers, a total of 24 articles were included for review.
CONCLUSION
Minimally invasive spine surgery is specially convenient for fragile cancer patients with spinal metastases, because of its reduced comorbidity compared to conventional open surgery. Technological advances in surgery, such as navigation and robotics, improve accuracy and safety in this technique.

脊柱转移瘤是一个非常常见的问题，会严重影响癌症患者的生活质量。本综述的目的是探讨微创手术如何在治疗这种疾病中发挥重要作用。
方法
进行文献综述，在谷歌学术、PubMed、Scopus和Cochrane数据库中进行检索。纳入过去10年内发表的相关且高质量的论文进行综述。
结果
在筛选了最初识别出的2184条记录后，共纳入24篇文章进行综述。
结论
对于患有脊柱转移瘤的体弱癌症患者，微创手术特别方便，因为与传统开放手术相比，其合并症更少。手术技术的进步，如导航和机器人技术，提高了该技术的准确性和安全性。
