To investigate the effects of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) antisense RNA 1 () targeting on the proliferation and apoptosis of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells.
RT-qPCR was used to determine the expression of and in the plasma of controls and ALL children. Human ALL cells Jurkat were divided into si-GATA3-AS1, si-NC, miR-NC, miR-515-5p, si-GATA3-AS1+anti-miR-NC and si-GATA3-AS1+anti-miR-515-5p groups. CCK-8 assay was used to detect the cell proliferation, and flow cytometry was used to detect the cell apoptosis.
