Abstract
Lagophthalmos, impairment of closing upper eyelids, can result from various reasons. However, lagophthalmus after a rhinoplasty is both unusual and frustrating. We report a patient experiencing lagophthalmos following rhinoplasty and its management.

兔眼症，即上眼睑闭合功能受损，可由多种原因引起。然而，隆鼻术后出现兔眼症既不常见又令人困扰。我们报告一例隆鼻术后出现兔眼症的患者及其治疗情况。
