Sixteen hips in 11 patients with an inflammatory hip arthropathy were treated with an uncemented, double-cup arthroplasty (Gerard design). The results were good in ten patients after a mean follow-up period of 4.1 years.
11例炎性髋关节病患者的16个髋关节接受了非骨水泥双杯关节成形术（杰拉德设计）治疗。平均随访4.1年后，10例患者效果良好。
