Four cases of leptomeningeal dissemination of tumors were reported especially focused on their CT findings. These findings consisted of hydrocephalus and contrast enhancement of the quadrigeminal cistern, basal cisterns, Sylvian fissures, cerebro-cerebellar cortical sulci and ventricular wall. Although autopsy of 3 cases revealed diffuse subarachnoid tumor growth in the brain and spinal cord, not all lesions were demonstrated by CT. Therefore, CT findings varied greatly depending on case and course of the disease. Definite diagnosis of this disease could be done by CSF cytology.
报告了4例肿瘤软脑膜播散病例，特别关注其CT表现。这些表现包括脑积水以及四叠体池、基底池、外侧裂、脑-小脑皮质沟和室壁的强化。尽管3例尸检显示脑和脊髓存在弥漫性蛛网膜下腔肿瘤生长，但并非所有病变都能通过CT显示。因此，CT表现因病例和疾病进程的不同而有很大差异。该疾病的明确诊断可通过脑脊液细胞学检查来完成。
