Abstract

We report a new method for the synthesis of trifluoromethylated and sulfonylated oxazolines by electrochemical radical cascade cyclizations of -allylamides with sodium trifluoromethanesulfinate or sulfonylhydrazines. This protocol provides a green and useful strategy to synthesize trifluoromethylated and sulfonylated oxazolines with a broad substrate scope under ambient conditions.

我们报道了一种通过电化学自由基级联环化反应,利用三氟甲磺酸钠或磺酰肼将烯丙基酰胺转化为三氟甲基化和磺酰化恶唑啉的新方法。该方法提供了一种绿色且实用的策略,可在环境条件下合成具有广泛底物范围的三氟甲基化和磺酰化恶唑啉。
