A newly developed, anatomically shaped indirect ophthalmoscopy lens is described. Outstanding features of this lens are its low weight and superiority for examining the fundus in patients with particular anatomical abnormalities or pathologic disorders (e.g., an extremely high bridge of the nose, or paralytic strabismus).
