Unilateral nasal obstruction with purulent nasal discharge is one of the presentations for sinonasal melioidosis. However, it may mimic nasal NK/T cell lymphoma. Both causing tissue destruction involving nasal septum, lateral nasal wall and palate. Here, we report a case of disseminated melioidosis involving sinonasal mimicking nasal lymphoma in a 32-year-old immunocompetent lady. She presented with prolonged fever, unilateral nasal blockage, painful facial swelling and knee pain. Clinical findings revealed extensive necrotic tissue and crusting involving right lateral wall of nasal cavity. Tissue and blood culture and sensitivity (C + S) grew . Recovery was complete after surgery and antibiotics.
单侧鼻塞伴脓性鼻涕是鼻窦类鼻疽病的表现之一。然而，它可能类似鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。两者都会导致鼻中隔、鼻侧壁和腭部的组织破坏。在此，我们报告一例32岁免疫功能正常女性的播散性类鼻疽病，其鼻窦表现类似鼻淋巴瘤。她出现长期发热、单侧鼻塞、面部疼痛性肿胀和膝关节疼痛。临床检查发现右侧鼻腔外侧壁有广泛坏死组织和结痂。组织和血液培养及药敏试验（C + S）培养出……。手术和使用抗生素后完全康复。
