Abstract

Grynfeltt hernia (GH) is extremely rare among all abdominal wall hernias, so both diagnosis and treatment can be challenging. Surgery, open or laparoscopic, is the only definitive treatment. We present a case of a 71-year-old woman with GH (initially misdiagnosed as a lipoma), its approach, and treatment. We performed a hernioplasty with two meshes (preperitoneal and subaponeurotic position) by an open approach:  technique. This technique is safe, feasible, and associated with no short-term complications or relapses.

格伦费尔特疝（GH）在所有腹壁疝中极为罕见，因此诊断和治疗都可能具有挑战性。手术，无论是开放手术还是腹腔镜手术，是唯一的确定性治疗方法。我们报告一例71岁患有GH的女性病例（最初误诊为脂肪瘤）、其处理方法及治疗过程。我们通过开放手术采用两片补片（腹膜前和腱膜下位置）进行疝修补术：技术。该技术安全、可行，且无短期并发症或复发情况。
