In order to elucidate the reaction mechanism of ionic liquid-catalyzed CO with 2-aminobenzonitrile, [P][Hy] with two N sites is designed for the efficient preparation of quinazoline-2,4(1,3)-diones. The results show that [Hy] can activate 2-aminobenzonitrile by hydrogen bonding with -NH in addition to activating CO, and the key intermediate is revealed.
为了阐明离子液体催化一氧化碳与2-氨基苯甲腈的反应机理,设计了具有两个氮位点的[P][Hy]用于高效制备喹唑啉-2,4(1,3)-二酮。结果表明,[Hy]除了能活化一氧化碳外,还能通过与-NH形成氢键来活化2-氨基苯甲腈,并揭示了关键中间体。
