Abstract

Here, we report 2 cases of epididymovasostomy operation in which good results were obtained. These operations were done for patients whose complaints were male sterility due to obstructive azospermia after bilateral epididymitis. The method of this operation was reported by Silber in 1978 as "specific tubule technique", and excellent results have been reported. Herein, we introduce this technique perhaps for the first time in Japan, and the characteristics of this method are considered. The important factors and characteristics of this method are that it is very reasonable with a high success rate, it is more difficult than microsurgical vasovasostomy, it is a time-consuming operation. Epididymovasography should not be done preoperatively but intraoperatively, if possible and chronic epididymitis should be ruled out by serological study and culture study.

摘要

在此,我们报告2例附睾输精管吻合术取得良好效果的病例。这些手术是为因双侧附睾炎后梗阻性无精子症导致男性不育而前来就诊的患者实施的。该手术方法由西尔伯于1978年报道为“特定小管技术”,且已有出色效果的报道。在此,我们或许是首次在日本介绍该技术,并对该方法的特点进行探讨。该方法的重要因素及特点包括:非常合理且成功率高;比显微外科输精管吻合术难度更大;是一项耗时的手术。附睾输精管造影术不应在术前进行,而应在术中尽可能进行,并且应通过血清学研究和培养研究排除慢性附睾炎。
