Abstract
The plasty with Filatov's pedicle grafts was applied in 3 patients with postoperative defects of the oral cavity fundus, chin, lower lip, tongue and mandible. The author recommends to apply this method in the complex treatment of neglected forms of cancer of the oral mucous membrane.
摘要
对3例口腔底部、颏部、下唇、舌及下颌骨术后缺损患者采用了菲拉托夫蒂状皮瓣成形术。作者建议将该方法应用于口腔黏膜癌晚期复杂病例的治疗。
