Abstract
Men and women are disturbed by the ugliness of microvaricosities. A method of sclerosing the broken veins using either aethoxysklerol or concentrated sodium chloride can be an effective therapy. Most complications (localized necrosis, urticarial reaction, bruising, and hyperpigmentation) are controllable.
