Abstract

A combined pectus excavatum and bilateral mastectomy deformity was corrected with a deepithelialized, buried, transverse abdominal myocutaneous flap and second stage custom-made silicone implants. The shape of pectus excavatum makes it particularly amenable to correction with the transverse abdominal myocutaneous flap.
