Abstract

In four simple steps, a series of 5-thiazolo[2',3':2,3]imidazo[4,5-]indole and 11-benzo[4',5']thiazolo[2',3':2,3]imidazo[4,5-]indole derivatives were prepared with high yields. The key step in this procedure was demonstrated to be two-fold Cu-catalysed C-N coupling reactions of 5-bromo-6-(2-bromophenyl)imidazo[2,1-]thiazole and 3-bromo-2-(2-bromophenyl)benzo[]imidazo[2,1-]thiazole with various amines.

通过四个简单步骤,高产率地制备了一系列5-噻唑并[2',3':2,3]咪唑并[4,5-]吲哚和11-苯并[4',5']噻唑并[2',3':2,3]咪唑并[4,5-]吲哚衍生物。该方法的关键步骤被证明是5-溴-6-(2-溴苯基)咪唑并[2,1-]噻唑和3-溴-2-(2-溴苯基)苯并[]咪唑并[2,1-]噻唑与各种胺的两步铜催化C-N偶联反应。
