A resilient health system necessitates strong governance, political commitment, effective administrative entities and inter-organisational collaboration. This paper examines India's current health policy landscape and explores the analytical and operational capacities required to establish a robust post-pandemic health system using the policy capacity framework described by Wu . (2015). We emphasised the need for a coordinated policy response to strengthen health information systems, health service management, human resource management and healthcare financing. The role that the planned implementation of Indian public health management cadres would play in the coming era, the importance of a comprehensive health information management system and the need for operational coordination between government and non-governmental organisations has also been emphasised.
一个有韧性的卫生系统需要强有力的治理、政治承诺、有效的行政实体和组织间协作。本文审视了印度当前的卫生政策格局，并运用吴（2015年）所描述的政策能力框架，探索建立一个强大的疫情后卫生系统所需的分析和运营能力。我们强调需要采取协调一致的政策应对措施，以加强卫生信息系统、卫生服务管理、人力资源管理和医疗融资。还强调了印度公共卫生管理干部的计划实施在未来时代将发挥的作用、全面卫生信息管理系统的重要性以及政府与非政府组织之间进行运营协调的必要性。
