Based on an analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 610 patients with embolism of the aorta and arteries of extremities the author divides the errors into 4 groups: diagnostic, tactical, curative-tactical (depending on technical errors in performing operation) and organizational. Detailed characteristic is given to each group of errors.
基于对610例主动脉及肢体动脉栓塞患者的诊断和治疗分析，作者将失误分为4组：诊断性、策略性、治疗策略性（取决于手术操作中的技术失误）和组织性。对每组失误都给出了详细的特征描述。
