[Surgical procedure in traumatic suppurative-necrotic osteitis of the leg].

Treatment of 346 patients with open fractures of the shin bone has been analyzed. In 45.9% of the patients there were symptoms of pyo-necrotic osteitis. The author makes a conclusion that preserving tactics should be chosen for this complication with regard of the described stages of the process and the general stage of organism.
