Abstract
Guanylate cyclase activity is present in crude E. coli extract. Guanylate cyclase has been purified 3500 fold from this extract, through ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-cellulose chromatography. Sephadex G-75 gel-filtration and polyacrylamide gel preparative microelectrophoresis. During the purification a guanylate cyclase inhibitor has been separated.

大肠杆菌粗提物中存在鸟苷酸环化酶活性。通过硫酸铵分级沉淀、DEAE-纤维素色谱、Sephadex G-75凝胶过滤和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶制备型微电泳，已从该提取物中纯化出3500倍的鸟苷酸环化酶。在纯化过程中分离出了一种鸟苷酸环化酶抑制剂。
