The results of natulan therapy in III patients with spread lymphogranulomatosis are reported. An analysis of the dependence of the remission frequency and duration on different morphological variants of lymphogranulomatosis has shown that the incidence of remissions was high and practically identical in patients with nodular sclerosis, the lymphocytic and mixed cell type. The effect of natulan was found to be limited in the variant "Lymphocytic depletion".
报告了氮芥治疗3例播散性淋巴肉芽肿病患者的结果。对缓解频率和持续时间与淋巴肉芽肿病不同形态学变型之间相关性的分析表明，在结节硬化型、淋巴细胞型和混合细胞型患者中，缓解发生率较高且实际上相同。在“淋巴细胞耗竭”型中，发现氮芥的疗效有限。
