BACKGROUND
Von Meyenburg complexes are benign hamartomatous lesions, they are part of the spectrum of ductal plate malformations. They are rare, reported in 0.35-5.6% of the general population, predominantly in adults, with no clear predilection for sex.
OBJECTIVE
To present the clinical characteristics of Von Meyenburg complexes in our region.
METHOD
We searched all cases with diagnosis of Von Meyenburg complexes in a period from 2012 to 2022, in our institutions.
RESULTS
We identified eight cases, with an average age of 59.25 years, with a predominance of females and with one case associated with gastric carcinoma.
CONCLUSIONS
It is important to adequately recognize this entity, since due to its multifocal nature it can easily simulate metastasis, additionally, and its presence does not rule out other synchronous neoplasms.
背景
Von Meyenburg 复合体是良性错构瘤性病变，属于导管板畸形谱系的一部分。它们较为罕见，在普通人群中的发病率为 0.35%-5.6%，主要见于成年人，无明显性别倾向。
目的
介绍本地区 Von Meyenburg 复合体的临床特征。
方法
我们在 2012 年至 2022 年期间对我院所有诊断为 Von Meyenburg 复合体的病例进行了检索。
结果
我们共发现 8 例患者，平均年龄为 59.25 岁，女性居多，其中 1 例与胃癌相关。
结论
充分认识该实体非常重要，因为由于其多灶性，它很容易模拟转移，此外，其存在并不能排除其他同时性肿瘤。
