Abstract

Organic-inorganic hybrid metal halides have attracted significant attention in recent years due to their excellent optoelectronic properties and potential applications in solar cells. Herein, the organic-inorganic hybrid molecule [,-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine]SbBr () was synthesized by reacting a long-chain organic diamine ,-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with SbBr as a metal halide precursor in HBr aqueous solution. Compound possesses a one-dimensional chainlike structure with the second-harmonic generation switch and two continuous phase transitions above room temperature. The band gap of compound is about 2.62 eV, exhibiting a semiconductive property, which may have important implications for the development of new optoelectronic devices.

近年来,有机-无机杂化金属卤化物因其优异的光电性能以及在太阳能电池中的潜在应用而备受关注。在此,通过使长链有机二胺1,5-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺与作为金属卤化物前体的SbBr在氢溴酸水溶液中反应,合成了有机-无机杂化分子[1,5-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺]SbBr(化合物1)。化合物1具有一维链状结构,具有二次谐波产生开关以及在室温以上的两个连续相变。化合物1的带隙约为2.62 eV,表现出半导体性质,这可能对新型光电器件的开发具有重要意义。
