At 76 patients an atypical epithelium of the uterine cervix was verified colposcopically, cytologically and by biopsy. The mean content and the distribution of DNA was measured by single cell-photometry of Feulgen-stained smears. These findings were compared with the spontaneous follow up of these cases. No correlation could be registered between DNA-characteristics and the fate of atypical epithelium, which was suitable for a clinical therapeutic resolution.
对76例患者的子宫颈非典型上皮进行了阴道镜检查、细胞学检查及活检。通过对福尔根染色涂片进行单细胞光度测定来测量DNA的平均含量及分布。将这些结果与这些病例的自然随访情况进行比较。未发现DNA特征与适合临床治疗解决的非典型上皮的转归之间存在相关性。
