OBJECTIVE
To present a case of successful pregnancy after undergoing vaginal radical trachelectomy (VRT) and pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) for early-stage cervical cancer.
CASE REPORT
A 37-year-old female patient has been diagnosed with stage IB1 cervical cancer and underwent VRT and PLND. Two years after the surgery, the patient successfully conceived and delivered a healthy baby through a cesarean section.
CONCLUSION
This case report demonstrates that pregnancy after VRT and PLND for stage IB1 cervical cancer is possible and can result in a successful outcome. This report provides valuable information for patients and physicians who are considering these surgical options.
目的
介绍一例早期宫颈癌患者行阴道根治性子宫颈切除术（VRT）和盆腔淋巴结清扫术（PLND）后成功妊娠的病例。
病例报告
一名 37 岁女性患者被诊断为 IB1 期宫颈癌，行 VRT 和 PLND 治疗。术后 2 年，患者成功妊娠并通过剖宫产分娩一健康婴儿。
结论
本病例报告表明，IB1 期宫颈癌行 VRT 和 PLND 后妊娠是可行的，且可获得良好结局。该报告为考虑这些手术选择的患者和医生提供了有价值的信息。
