Research in factors modifying carcinogenesis is closely associated with studies on complex multifactorial systems. Mathematical methods of planning multifactorial experiments should be used which assures a higher reliability of the results and elicits additional information. An analysis of the data on the modifying effect of aniline, sodium alkylsulfate and lead nitrite on nitrosomethylamine-induced carcinogenesis carried out on the basis of the newly-developed method showed its advantages over the existing ones.
关于改变致癌作用因素的研究与对复杂多因素系统的研究密切相关。应采用规划多因素实验的数学方法,以确保结果具有更高的可靠性并获取更多信息。基于新开发的方法对苯胺、烷基硫酸钠和亚硝酸铅对亚硝基甲基胺诱导致癌作用的修饰效应数据进行的分析表明,该方法比现有方法更具优势。
