[Use of the concept of determinant structures in the practice of reflexotherapy].

The author developed a method of identifying acupuncture points which are most suitable for pressure impact in different patterns of neurodynamic changes. A total of 130 patients with different neurogenic syndromes were treated with the help of the above method. Comparison of the results obtained in these patients as against a control group demonstrated the efficiency of the considered method. It is suggested that the effect of acupuncture is determined by its impact on the generator of the pathological stimulation.
