Abstract
The authors analysed retrospectively 476 histologic and cytologic preparations made from the biopsy specimens of neuroectodermal CNS tumours. The identity of histologic and cytologic diagnoses was determined in 89.5% of cases. Cytologic diagnostic criteria for tumours with different histogenesis, such as astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas, ependymomas, glioblastomas, medulloblastomas, are presented. Anaplasia features of these tumours are identified according to IV degrees of malignancy.

作者回顾性分析了476份由神经外胚层中枢神经系统肿瘤活检标本制成的组织学和细胞学制剂。89.5%的病例确定了组织学和细胞学诊断的一致性。文中给出了不同组织发生来源肿瘤的细胞学诊断标准，如星形细胞瘤、少突胶质细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、胶质母细胞瘤、髓母细胞瘤等。根据四级恶性程度确定了这些肿瘤的间变特征。
