Abstract

The authors report a case of a tumor of the spatium retropharyngeale. Although the medical literature reports no many cases of this kind, a propose of differential diagnosis and treatment is presented. A special attention has been devoted to chordoma, which is a very important kind of tumors of the spatium retropharyngeale.
