Abstract

The following articles: -       "Long non-coding RNA MNX1-AS1 promoted osteosarcoma proliferation and invasion via inhibiting KISS1" by Y.-X. Zhang, H.-X. Cui, L. Liu, G.-K. Yi, published in Eur Rev Med Pharmacol Sci 2019; 23 (14): 6045-6052-DOI: 10.26355/eurrev_201907_18417-PMID: 31364121 -       "Long noncoding RNA ZFAS1 promotes hepatocellular carcinoma proliferation by epigenetically repressing miR-193a-3p", by H.-L. Zhou, Y.-F. Zhou, Z.-T. Feng, published in Eur Rev Med Pharmacol Sci 2019; 23 (22): 9840-9847-DOI: 10.26355/eurrev_201911_19547-PMID: 31799651 Have been retracted by the Editor in Chief for misconduct and data fabrication. In 2020, some concerns have been raised on PubPeer about the reliability of data and image duplication. An investigation conducted by the Jining First People's Hospital, the authors' institution, released on December 17, 2021, and on December 29, 2021, respectively, determined that the authors had engaged in academic misconduct by fabricating the research process. Consequently, the Editor in Chief mistrusts the results presented and has decided to withdraw the articles. The corresponding authors did not respond to journal correspondence about the investigation and retraction of these articles. The Publisher apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
