OBJECTIVE
To review the research progress in the treatment of high-grade spondylolisthesis (HS), in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment decision-making.
METHODS
The literature related to the treatment of HS at home and abroad in recent years was widely reviewed. The methods of conservative treatment, fusion, and spondylolisthesis reduction were analyzed and summarized.
RESULTS
Surgical treatment is the main treatment of HS, but which method is the best is still controversial. The advantages, disadvantages, and applicability of various operations are also different, so individualized analysis is needed in clinic.
CONCLUSION
The treatment plan of HS needs to be considered comprehensively according to the individual condition of the patient. It will be an important research direction to further compare the existing treatment methods and develop more safe and effective new technology.
目的
回顾重度腰椎滑脱（HS）治疗的研究进展，为临床治疗决策提供参考。
方法
广泛查阅近年来国内外有关HS治疗的文献。对保守治疗、融合及腰椎滑脱复位方法进行分析总结。
结果
手术治疗是HS的主要治疗方法，但哪种方法最佳仍存在争议。各种手术的优缺点及适用性也不同，因此临床需要个体化分析。
结论
HS的治疗方案需要根据患者个体情况综合考虑。进一步比较现有治疗方法并开发更安全有效的新技术将是一个重要的研究方向。
