Three cases of primary gastric Hodgkin's disease confirmed by pathology are reported. The primary Hodgkin's disease of the stomach has four characteristics; The lesions greater than 5 cm in diameter; The lesions extend separately in more than 2 areas of the stomach; The lesions appear as ulcers; coexistence of various lesions: nodules, ulcers, erosions and thickened mucosal folds. The chief treatment for this disease is subtotal gastrectomy Billroth II, followed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
