Abstract

We report ruthenium(II)-catalyzed sequential C-H/N-H alkenylation cascade of phenanthroimidazole and alkenes to form novel phenanthroimidazoisoindol acrylates via dual C-H activation and aza-Michael reaction. The two nitrogen atoms of the imidazole ring act as directing groups for regioselective dual sequential C-H activation. These polycyclic heterocycles were evaluated for their photophysical properties.

我们报道了钌(II)催化的菲并咪唑与烯烃的连续C-H/N-H烯基化级联反应,通过双C-H活化和氮杂迈克尔反应形成新型菲并咪唑异吲哚丙烯酸酯。咪唑环的两个氮原子作为区域选择性双连续C-H活化的导向基团。对这些多环杂环化合物的光物理性质进行了评估。
