This report covers boron tribromide (BBr) mediated dearomative spirocyclization of biaryl ynones. The direct synthesis of spiro[5.5]dienones with a tri-substituted double bond is described for the first time in this paper. The scope of the reaction is broad and the spirocyclic products were obtained in moderate to good yields.
本报告涵盖了三溴化硼(BBr)介导的联芳基炔酮的去芳构化螺环化反应。本文首次描述了具有三取代双键的螺[5.5]二烯酮的直接合成方法。该反应的适用范围广泛,且螺环产物的产率适中至良好。
