[Alveolar proteinosis associated with chronic myeloid leukemia].

The association of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis with hematologic malignancy is well known. The prognosis, in this peculiar setting, is poor. Yet, few patients have been treated in due time. We report a case of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis associated with chronic granulocytic leukemia. The evolution was fatal in spite of intensive treatment.
