Abstract

In order to analyze the relevant vital signs and infection of sepsis patients, the influencing factors of acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS) are explored. A total of 142 sepsis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 are divided into an ALI/ARDS group and a non-ALI/ARDS group according to the incidence of ALI/ARDS. Logistic analysis showed that pulmonary/abdominal infection, fungal origin of infection, , low oxygenation index, high blood lactic acid value, APACHE II score, SOFA score, and LIPS score are the risk factors for sepsis-induced ALI/ARDS. The results indicate that pulmonary/abdominal infection, fungal origin of infection, , low oxygenation index, high blood lactic acid, APACHE II score, SOFA score, and LIPS score are the risk factors for sepsis induced ALI/ARDS.

摘要

为分析脓毒症患者的相关生命体征及感染情况,探讨急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)的影响因素。选取2019年1月至2022年1月我院收治的142例脓毒症患者,根据ALI/ARDS的发生情况分为ALI/ARDS组和非ALI/ARDS组。Logistic分析显示,肺/腹部感染、感染真菌源、低氧合指数、高血乳酸值、APACHE II评分、SOFA评分及LIPS评分是脓毒症诱发ALI/ARDS的危险因素。结果表明,肺/腹部感染、感染真菌源、低氧合指数、高血乳酸、APACHE II评分、SOFA评分及LIPS评分是脓毒症诱发ALI/ARDS的危险因素。
