Abstract

The cytotoxic activity of human peripheral blood lymphocytes against the natural killer-sensitive target K562 was suppressed both by prostaglandin E2 and dexamethasone. On the other hand, cultured lymphoid cells propagated in the presence of interleukin-2 showed strong cytotoxic reactivity against K562 targets, and were resistant to prostaglandin E2- or dexamethasone-mediated suppression.

摘要

前列腺素E2和地塞米松均可抑制人外周血淋巴细胞对自然杀伤敏感靶细胞K562的细胞毒活性。另一方面,在白细胞介素-2存在的情况下培养的淋巴细胞对K562靶细胞表现出强烈的细胞毒反应性,并且对前列腺素E2或地塞米松介导的抑制具有抗性。
