Abstract
In the diagnosis of tumours of the supratentorial ventricles, CT leaves some questions unanswered. This is true of the differential-diagnostic demarkation and the determination of the initial site of the tumour. Frequently, ventriculography cannot be renounced for an additional clearing-up of the last mentioned question.
