Abstract

Paired-end short reads of Illumina HiSeq, MiSeq, and NovaSeq of simulated bacterial communities from fresh spinach and surface water were generated at various sequencing depths. Multidrug-resistant serotype Indiana was included in the spinach community, while the water community contained multidrug-resistant .
