species are a group of helicosporous hyphomycetes with the potential to produce secondary metabolites. During our investigation of helicosporous fungi, six collections were isolated from both terrestrial and freshwater habitats in Guizhou Province, China. Based on multigene phylogenetic analysis (ITS, LSU, and ), coupled with morphological data, three new species, viz. , and were established. A list of accepted species with molecular data was provided. The strain of (UAMH 10535) was synonymised under based on molecular data.
物种是一组具有产生次生代谢产物潜力的螺旋孢子丝孢菌。在我们对螺旋孢子真菌的研究中,从中国贵州省的陆地和淡水生境中分离出了六个菌株。基于多基因系统发育分析(ITS、LSU等),结合形态学数据,建立了三个新物种,即[物种名1]、[物种名2]和[物种名3]。提供了一份带有分子数据的已接受物种列表。根据分子数据,[菌株名](UAMH 10535)的菌株被归为[另一物种名]的同义词。
