[Hyponatremia with hyperkalemia in the newborn infant].

The electrolyte alterations of hyponatremia/hyperkalemia and their clinical picture are an emergency in the newborn period. Based on a case of pseudohypoaldosteronism the diagnostic work up of these findings and their differential diagnosis are discussed.
