Abstract
The author describes a method of autoplastic substitution of defects in the most loaded portions of the cotyloid cavity in patients with tuberculous coxitis. In 5 patients operated on by the method described favourable results were obtained.

作者描述了一种对患有结核性髋关节炎患者髋臼最受力部位缺损进行自体组织替代的方法。采用所述方法对5例患者进行手术，取得了良好效果。
