[Clinical application of monoclonal antibodies to human malignant melanoma-associated antigens].

Monoclonal antibodies to human malignant melanoma-associated antigens were reviewed from the viewpoint of the target structure recognized by them. With regard to clinical application of monoclonal antibodies for diagnosis, immunohistochemistry, serological diagnosis and tumor imaging were described, together with the possibility of therapy involving monoclonal antibody infusion.
