LH-RH-containing neuronal elements were detected earliest in the median eminence and in the vascular organ of the lamina terminalis of newborn rats. The peroxidase-labeled antibody method was used. Since the synthesis of the gonadotrophic hormones starts already on the 18th day of intrauterine life in the rat, this finding does not support the view that LH-RH could have inductive effect on the differentiation of the gonadotropic cells of the anterior pituitary gland.
在新生大鼠的正中隆起和终板血管器中最早检测到含促性腺激素释放激素(LH-RH)的神经元成分。采用过氧化物酶标记抗体法。由于大鼠在子宫内生活的第18天就已开始合成促性腺激素,这一发现不支持促性腺激素释放激素对垂体前叶促性腺细胞分化有诱导作用的观点。
