The Authors have conducted the experimental studies tending to valuate the antibacterial activity in vitro and in vivo of cinoxacin versus that demonstrated by nalidixic acid. The obtained results demonstrate the cinoxacin presents a similar antibacterial activity to that of nalidixic acid.
