We present a genome assembly from an individual male (the Buff Footman; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Erebidae). The genome sequence is 622.0 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 30 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.46 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 20,038 protein coding genes.
我们展示了一个雄性个体（Buff Footman；节肢动物门；昆虫纲；鳞翅目；灯蛾科）的基因组组装结果。基因组序列跨度为622.0兆碱基。大部分组装序列被构建成30条染色体假分子，包括Z性染色体。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为15.46千碱基。在Ensembl上对该组装进行的基因注释鉴定出20,038个蛋白质编码基因。
