Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a (a marine yeast; Ascomycota; Saccharomycetes; Saccharomycetales; Metschnikowiaceae). The genome sequence is 13.6 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 5 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 51.12 kilobases in length.
