Abstract
infections are of significant concern in patients who are immunocompromised, including transplant recipients is an emerging pathogen reported to cause a wide array of infections. We present a case of thoracic spine osteomyelitis in a patient with an orthotopic heart transplant (OHT). To our knowledge, this is the first case of osteomyelitis in a patient with OHT.
