Abstract

Although copper-catalyzed amination of activated C(sp)-H bonds through radical relay has been developed, amination of unactivated C(sp)-H bonds is rare. Herein, copper-catalyzed intramolecular amination of remote unactivated C(sp)-H bonds is reported. The reaction is conducted in a mild and effective manner with moderate to good yields, demonstrating broad tolerance toward various functional groups and exhibiting complete regio- and chemoselectivities. This innovation supplies novel synthetic pathways for the construction of saturated nitrogenated heterocycles.

尽管通过自由基接力实现的铜催化活化C(sp)-H键的胺化反应已得到发展,但未活化C(sp)-H键的胺化反应却很少见。本文报道了铜催化的远程未活化C(sp)-H键的分子内胺化反应。该反应以温和有效的方式进行,产率适中至良好,对各种官能团具有广泛的耐受性,并表现出完全的区域和化学选择性。这一创新为构建饱和含氮杂环提供了新的合成途径。
