We present a genome assembly from an individual (the marbled rockcod; Chordata; Actinopterygii; Perciformes; Nototheniidae). The genome sequence is 1,042.9 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 12 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 21.68 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 24,432 protein coding genes.
我们展示了一个个体（大理石纹南极鱼；脊索动物门；辐鳍鱼纲；鲈形目；南极鱼科）的基因组组装。基因组序列跨度为1042.9兆碱基。大部分组装序列被构建成12条染色体假分子。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为21.68千碱基。在Ensembl上对该组装进行的基因注释识别出24432个蛋白质编码基因。
